Copy/Paste Application

The copy/paste application offered by XD-Solutions provides users with a seamless tool for transferring snippets of data or files from one network to another. With today’s solutions, it is cumbersome to transfer files from one network to another, even with a traditional one way transfer system. These systems require users to go through a series of steps to transfer the data.

When a user finds data of interest on one network, the transfer of that data is as simple as using the CTRL-C to copy the data to the “Copy and Paste Client”. The data can be a paragraph in an article on the Internet, a graphic or even a file stored on a local machine or shared drive on the origination network.

The copy/paste feature requires the installation of a simple application on the originating client so it can utilize that client’s clipboard. This feature provides users with a seamless way to move selections of text and/or graphics from a document, web-page, etc. on one network to another work product on a different network.
